ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF HEALTH AND SPORTS OF MONGOLIA

ON APPROVAL OF PROCEDURE FOR IMPORT, MANUFACTURE, AND SUPPLY OF MEDICINE AND MENTAL DRUGS
For the purpose of implementing Articles 10.1 and 24.2 of the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices of Mongolia, Articles 15.12.4 of the Law on Licensing of Business Activities, and the Law on Controlling the Circulation of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, ORDERS:
1. “Regulations on production, import and supply of narcotic and psychotropic drugs” first, “ List of narcotic and psychotropic drugs for the treatment of the population of Mongolia ” second, “Model license for import of narcotic and psychotropic drugs”
Third, approve the “Application Form for Import Licenses for Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances” in accordance with Annex 4. / Annex 2 was annulled by HF Order A / 184 of 2016 /
2. To instruct the Department of Medicines and Medical Devices /M.Uranchimeg/ and the Commission for Licensing Business Activities in the Field of Health /G.Ganchimeg/ to organize the implementation of this order.
3. To oblige aimag and capital city Health Departments, heads and directors of health and drug supply organizations to improve internal control over the storage and use of narcotic and psychotropic drugs in health care organizations.
4. In connection with the issuance of this order, Order No. 400 of 2011 and Order No. 359 of 2012 of the Minister of Health shall be considered invalid.
