APPROVAL OF PROCEDURE

Based on Article 19.1 of the Law on Firearms, ORDERS as follows:

1. To approve the procedure on import of firearms, ammunition and firearm-like devices across the state border by citizens and legal entities licensed to import, sell and engage in sports and training activities.

2. To instruct the General Police Department / Chief Commissioner R.Chinggis / and the General Customs Agency /O.Ganbat/ to implement the order.
