LIST AND APPROVAL OF RULES

Based on Articles 6.3, 7.2 and 13.2 of the Law on Controlling the Circulation of Explosives and Explosive Devices, the Government of Mongolia shall:

1. “List of border crossing points for import and export of explosives and explosive devices”, “Integrated safety rules for blasting” and “Rules for production, import and use of pyrotechnic devices” Approve in accordance with Annex 3.

(Annex 1 to this resolution was amended by Resolution No. 80 of March 31, 2010. Annex 2 was annulled by Government Resolution No. 313 of 2019).

2. The Minister of Industry and Trade B.Jargalsaikhan shall be instructed to organize public compliance with the rules approved by this resolution, and the Minister of Mongolia U.Khurelsukh shall be responsible for monitoring the implementation.

3. To allow the Minister of Industry and Trade B.Jargalsaikhan to create an electronic information network on the circulation and use of explosives and explosive devices in the Ministry of Industry and Trade and to cover the required expenses from the approved budget package.
