ORDER OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GENERAL CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT
ON APPROVAL OF PROCEDURE / Procedure for pre-determination of product classification code /

Based on Article 23.2 of the Law on Customs Tariffs and Duties, the ORDER is as follows:
1. Approve the "Procedure for pre-determination of product classification codes" as attached.
2. To instruct the Department of Finance and Economy /N.Bold/ to create a database of “Preliminary decision of the classification code”, develop a program to work with it, and organize the implementation of the procedure.
3. This order shall come into force on November 3, 2008.
