Based on Articles 271.1.2 and 220.5 of the Customs Law of Mongolia and the decision of the meeting of the Professional Council of the General Customs Administration dated July 31, 2008, the ORDER is as follows:

1. To approve the “Procedure for import of goods of diplomatic missions and other similar organizations across the customs border” as attached.

2. To instruct the Deputy Head of the General Customs Administration and the Control and Risk Management Department /D.Oyunchimeg/ to monitor the implementation of the order.

3. In connection with the issuance of this order, Order No. 756 of 2007 of the Director General of the State Customs shall be considered invalid.

4. This order shall come into force on January 2, 2009.
