Approval of procedures for registration and application of foreign standards
Pursuant to Articles 8.4 of the Law on the Legal Status of Government Agencies and Articles 12.3 and 25.3.1 of the Law of Mongolia “On Standardization, Technical Regulation and Accreditation of Conformity Assessment”, the ORDER is as follows:
1. Approve the procedure for registration and application of foreign standards in the appendix and follow it from July 1, 2018. 2. To oblige the Standardization and Conformity Assessment Policy Department (G.Unurjargal) to monitor the implementation of the procedure for registration and application of foreign standards
3 In connection with the approval of this regulation, the regulation “Permission for registration and temporary use of foreign standards ” approved by Order No. 213 of 2007 of the Director of the National Center for Standardization and Metrology shall be considered invalid.
