Based on Article 10.1.2 of the Law on Railway Transportation, the ORDER is as follows:

1. To approve the “Procedure for transportation, loading, unloading and storage of dangerous goods by rail” in the appendix.

2. To instruct the Railway Authority /T.Batbold/ to take measures to implement the approved regulation.
