APPROVAL OF RULES

Based on Articles 9.1.2, 9.1.3, 9.1.11, 9.1.19, Article 21, 21.7 and 21.8 of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Commission shall determine:

1. To approve the “Rules of business relations governing licensing relations” as attached.

2. To oblige license holders, heads and directors of legal entities applying for licenses to register the approved charter in the Unified State Register of Administrative Norms and publish it in the “Compendium of Administrative Norms Act”.

3. To instruct the Secretariat /G.Erkhembayar/ to implement and monitor the implementation of the “Rules of business relations regulating licensing relations”.

4. In connection with the approval of this resolution, Resolution No. 61 of the Regulatory Board of the Energy Regulatory Authority (former name) dated November 21, 2003 “On approval of selection procedure” and Resolution No. 61 of November 19, 2014, of the Energy Regulatory Commission Resolution No. 190 “On Approval of Licensing Regulation Policy and Directions”, Resolution No. 191 “On Approval of Regulations”, Resolution No. 112 of June 25, 2015 “On Amendments to Licensing Regulation Policy and Directions”, 2018 Resolve Resolution No. 293 of October 11, “On Renewing and Approving the Regulations”.
