ORDER OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE CUSTOMS GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

          APPROVAL OF PROCEDURE

Based on Article 232.2 of the Customs Law and the decision of the meeting of the Professional Council of the General Customs Administration dated November 23, 2016, the ORDER is as follows:

   1. To approve the “Procedure for customs control and clearance of electricity crossing the border of Mongolia” as attached.

   2. The Customs Inspection Agency /E.Munkhuu/ and the Customs Clearance Agency /Z.Tserendulam/ shall be responsible for monitoring the implementation of this order.

   3. In connection with the issuance of this order, Order No. 779 of 2007 of the Director General of the General Customs Administration shall be considered invalid.

   4. This order shall come into force on January 2, 2017.
