Article 24.2 of the Law on the Government of Mongolia and Article 15.8 of the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices
Based on the ORDER:
1. To approve the "Procedure for supply, receipt, and use of medicines and medical devices with assistance and donations" in the appendix.
2. The Department of Health Policy Implementation Coordination (S.Enkhbold), the Department of Finance and Economics (T.Bayarsaikhan) shall be responsible for organizing the implementation of this regulation, and the Department of Monitoring, Evaluation and Internal Audit (S.Sh. Tugsdelger).
3. In connection with this regulation, the "Regulation on the regulation of medicines and medical devices received with foreign humanitarian and grant aid" approved by Order No. 1055 of the Minister of Health in 2011 shall be considered invalid.
