APPROVAL OF PROCEDURE

 

Based on Article 8.1.5 of the Law on Waste, the ORDER is:

1. “Requirements and permitting procedures for issuing permits to business entities and organizations engaged in transportation, collection, storage, recycling, destruction and export of hazardous waste” 1, “Application for export of hazardous waste” 2 No. 3, “Temporary permission to engage in hazardous waste collection, transportation, recycling and disposal activities” No. 3, “Permission to engage in hazardous waste collection, transportation, recycling and disposal activities” No. 4, “Export of hazardous waste” Approve ”in accordance with Annex 5.        

2. To instruct G.Nyamdavaa, Head of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Management, to monitor the implementation of the order, inform the relevant organizations and take appropriate measures.
