RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF MONGOLIA

APPROVAL OF PROCEDURE

Based on Article 6.8 of the Food Law, the Government of Mongolia RESOLVES:

1. To approve the “Procedure for issuing permits for export and import of strategic food” as attached.

2. To instruct the Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry Ch.Ulaan, the Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia U.Enkhtuvshin and the Minister of Finance Ch.Khurelbaatar to organize the implementation of this regulation.

3. In connection with the issuance of this resolution, Government Resolution No. 77 of March 2, 2013 “On approval of the temporary procedure for issuing permits for export and import of strategic food” shall be considered invalid.
