APPROVAL OF PROCEDURE

Based on Article 16.1, 16.2 of the Food Law and Article 9.3.1 of the Organic Food Law, the ORDER is as follows:

1. To approve the “Procedure for registration and release of organic food for public consumption” as attached.

2. Oblige food and agricultural organic producers, organic food importers, accredited and joint certification bodies to comply with the regulations in their operations.

3. To instruct the Food Industry Policy Implementation Coordination Agency /T.Gantogtokh/ to monitor the implementation of the regulation.
