No. A-63 ON APPROVAL OF PROCEDURE
Based on Article 8.1.7 of the Law on Plant Protection, the ORDER is:
1. To approve the “Procedure for testing, registration, use, deregistration and destruction of biological substances of plant protection” in the appendix.
2. To instruct the Public Administration Department (O.Amgalanbaatar) to submit the regulation to the Ministry of Justice, register it in the unified state registry and take measures.
3. The Agricultural Policy Implementation Coordination Agency (Ts. Bolorchuluun) shall be responsible for monitoring the implementation of the regulation.
