APPROVAL OF THE LIST OF GOODS IN THE CHAPTER OF PROHIBITION OF INTRODUCTION AND OTHER NON-TARIFF RESTRICTIONS

The Parliament of Mongolia RESOLVES :
1. To approve the list of groups of goods prohibited to cross the border of Mongolia by Annex 1 and the list of groups of goods subject to non-tariff restrictions by Annex 2.
2. To assign The Government /M.Enkhsaikhan/ to develop and to approve detailed list of group of goods prohibited to cross the border and restricted by non-tariff restriction by HS code according to Article No.5 of the Law on Customs.
