Summary

The purpose of this law is to implement international treaties of Mongolia concluded on border issues in order to ensure the inviolability and inviolability of the border of Mongolia, to maintain the border and border regime, to inspect passengers and vehicles, to establish the system and functions of the state border protection organization. to determine the powers and participation of citizens and organizations in the protection of the state border and to regulate other relations related to ensuring border security.

Article 1 The purpose of the law
