Process Steps

Step 1

The Applicant submits a request to the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry along with all required documents

Step 2

The Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry will review the request.

Step 3

If the application gets approved, the applicant receives the Special Permit for import of Explosives and Explosive Devices.

NOTE:

  1. To have a permanent warehouse, equipment and vehicles for loading and unloading that meet the safety requirements for the storage of explosives and explosive devices established on its own land;
  2. A legal entity licensed to manufacture explosives and explosive devices shall have the right to import their main raw materials.
  3. The state central administrative body in charge of geology and mining shall issue permits for the import of explosives, explosive devices and their basic raw materials from time to time.
