 Customs clearance - 7,000 MNT

A certificate for the entry of specific goods across the customs border shall be obtain from the following state administrative organizations:

No. Commodity  State Administrative Organizations:
1. Samples of research, materials, drawings, drilling and other samples conducted in the field of geology and mineral resources, geological reports, survey records recorded on data storage media State administrative organization in charge of geology and mining
2. Petroleum research materials, drawings, drilling and other samples, geological reports, survey records recorded on data storage media State administrative body in charge of petroleum matters
3. Research, land survey and cartographic materials related to defense issues  State central administrative body in charge of defense
4. Samples and specimens of animals, plants, their raw materials, products and chemicals The state central administrative body in charge of nature and environment
5. Uranium ore, its concentrate, radioactive chemical elements and radioactive isotopes (including fissile or rich chemical elements and isotopes), their compounds, mixtures and residues containing them, isotopes other than those specified in Article 28.44 of the CCTS, their Samples and specimens of chemically determined or inorganic compounds  State administrative body in charge of specialized inspection
6. Samples and samples of pathogenic bacteria and their toxins for culture and reproduction for laboratory and industrial purposes, serum of healthy people, diagnostic and treatment, donor blood for preventive purposes, immunosuppressive preparations, microbial culture, drugs and biologically active products The state central administrative body in charge of health matters

Process Steps

Step1

The declarant to bring special goods across the Customs frontier shall obtain a certificate from the state administrative body in charge of the issue;

The state administrative body that issued the certificate shall affix the identification mark or seal on the specific goods and the design of the mark and seal shall be notified to the Customs in advance

 

Step2

Declaring the goods by lodging all necessary information regarding the goods and means of transport crossing the customs border to the customs in a form in conformity with the customs declaration form along with other related documents.

Step3

The Customs General Administration processes the documents submitted

Step4 Inspection of the goods and means of transport shall be implemented in accordance with General procedure of customs inspection on goods and means of transport crossing customs border
