Process Steps

Step1	The electricity transmitting organization submits to the relevant customs organization a diagram describing the location and connection of the meter for customs control
Step2	Electricity meters shall be certified and sealed by the national metrology organization
Step3	Declarant submits real amount of transmitted electricity to customs
Step4	Customs reviews documents and monitors amount of transmitted electricity
Step5	Declarant pays all tariffs and duties
Step6	Customs reviews submitted amount and reduce total amount of contract by this submitted amount
