Process Steps

Step1	The Applicant submits the application to the The State Central Administrative Body of The Respective Sector along with all required documents
Step2	The State Central Administrative Body of The Respective Sector reviews the application
Step3	If the application gets approved, the applicant receives the License to export and import goods introduced under state control

NOTE:

1. The license may be extended for up to one year, depending on the duration of the export and import contract and, if necessary;

1.1. The licensor shall review and resolve the application for renewal of the license and change of the type, quantity, price and name of the port specified in the license within 3 days. An application for renewal or amendment of a license shall be submitted during the term of the license.

2. Depending on the specifics of the goods, the licensing authority shall issue the necessary definitions and conclusions to be compiled by the license applicant, except as specifically provided by law.

3. If necessary, the licensor shall have the right to have the applicant's documents checked and verified by the relevant authority. In this case, the period for processing the application for a license may be extended by up to 14 days.

4. The license is issued for a period of up to 1 year.
