RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF MONGOLIA

 

LIST AND APPROVAL OF PROCEDURES / List of ports for importing plant seeds, seedlings, seedlings, animals, their seeds, embryos, raw meat, by-products and samples of microbial cultures and pathogenic materials /

Based on Articles 5.1.5, 5.1.6 and 5.1.7 of the Law on Quarantine Control and Inspection of Animals, Plants, Raw Materials and Products of Animal Origin, the Government of Mongolia DECIDES :

 

1. “List of ports for import of plant seeds, seedlings, seedlings, animals, their seeds, embryos, raw meat, by-products and samples of microbial cultures and pathogenic materials”, “Animals, plants, raw materials, Approve the “Procedure for control and inspection of products crossing the state border” in accordance with Annex 2 and the “Procedure for issuing export and import certificates for animals, plants, raw materials and products” in accordance with Annex 3.

 

/ Annex 1 to this resolution was amended by Government Resolution No. 22 of 2010, Government Resolution No. 190 of 2014, Government Resolution No. 194 of 2015, Government Resolution No. 461 of 2015, Government Resolution No. Amended by Resolution No. 63 of January 25, 2016, Resolution No. 198 of December 21, 2016, and Resolution No. 329 of the Government of 2017. 

 

2. Instruct the State Specialized Inspection Agency (D.BATBAATAR) to take organizational measures to implement the above list and procedure.

 

3. In connection with the issuance of this resolution, instruct the members of the Government to review their decisions on the import of animals, plants and their raw materials and products and bring them into compliance with the above regulations.
